I ordered a product the first of June and was to be delivered on the 22 of June; well no merchandise was shipped and I had to call x6 time including the Store to get information regarding my order and no one had any answers on including the Customer Service. My order was cancelled, I received 3 emails from the Solution Team to no-avail other to say that they are sorry. Had I not contacted Customer Service/ Resolution Team, I would still be waiting for my Product. Not to mention the UNAVAILABLE Item is still listed on their Web Site for PURCHASE!!!!. I wasn't given the Opportunity to make another purchase similar to the item in question....I purchase all of my Office Products for this Establishment NEVER will I purchase ANYTHING from this Establishment ever Again as I have MOVED on. To Conclude this Statement.... Read Reviews before Shopping!!!!!

I had to visit the Office Depot store on 2495 S State Rd 7, Wellington, FL 33414 today around 5 pm. Upon my entry I was greeted by a young man, asking me to wear a mask. I told him that I do not wear a mask because it is not LAW and because of medical and religious reasons and kept looking for the ink I was trying to purchase. This young man preceded to harass me regarding wearing a mask or leaving the store, so I ask for his manager. The manager by the name of Ben appeared and told me the same thing, in which I informed him that I will not wear a mask and that it is unconstitutional of him to continue to harass me about it as he was infringing on my Constitutional Rights. I also told him that I will not wear a mask because of religous and medical reasons, which I do not have to disclose under HIPAA Law. Manager Ben than ask me to leave the store or cover my face with my shirt, so I offered to wait outside and have him bring me the Nr. 65 HP ink I tried to purchase. Ben declined. I than lifted my Tshirt and covered my face and ask if that was to his liking and he said " yes." I had to lift my TShirt, which exposed my stomach to appease this man. If I wouldnt have needed the ink I would have left. However, since it is unconstitutional and not the Law, that would have been passed by the Senate for your demand to be legal, I will contact my Attorney. Manatory or suggested doesnt allow you to enforce or refuse service. Section 242 of Title 18 makes it a crime for a person acting under Color of any Law to willfully deprive a person of a Right or Privilege protected by the Constitution or Laws of the United States. I filed a complaint with Headquarters and contacted my Attorney.

I ordered at least two boxes of face mask but I have not received not one yet after two weeks. They were to be delivered last week.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Bought a desk online in April. Tracked my order and it said it would be delivered 2 weeks later. 2 weeks came and went and their 3rd party shipment company, Ryder, called and said my desk was not available. I called customer service and had them cancel my order and was told if I re/ordered I would get in 2 weeks. That was a month ago and I still don’t have a desk. When I track my order it says it is scheduled to be delivered on June 12th, which was 11 days ago,

This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. My mom bought me plates in May as a birthday gift and received them. Last week another set of plates arrived and she was charged again, which were only ordered once. She is now in overdraft with no money. I was told last week with a reference number they would pick up the dishes at my concierge and bring a return label and never came. I called in 3x today and no one saw this as a return or could help me get these returned. I am disgusted in this company.

Artificial Intelligence.......Stop treating customers like a NUMBER, to sign into a Computer, like how CRAZY. !! What happened to the One on One Customer Service of treating each person SPECIAL.... I say get rid of all this Computer Nonsense, and acting like you have to have a credit card. Take a Stand for being more Honest, and a company of Integrity, so people will want to come back.

Madera Office Depot has terrible customer service. Saturday June 20 and 1:30 Pacific Time. Twice i asked where the index tabs were and twice they directed me to an area that had nothing to do with index tabs. I have complained to the managers before this incident and nothing happens to improve the service.

THEY PLACE A FRAUDULENT ORDER AND WIPED MY BANK ACCOUNT!! They used my name, my card, with someone else's address. UNBELIEVABLE. I will NEVER purchase anything from them ever again!
