I ordered a floor mat on Wednesday 7/22 and it said next day delivery. Great! So I ordered and waited. On Thursday nothing came and I checked tracking, it was to arrive Friday. Friday came and nothing arrived. I asked customer service and they said sorry someone would get back to me within 24 hours. I checked tracking on Saturday and it said "delivered." But nothing was here. Again, I asked customer service. Again they said someone would contact me in 24 hours. 24 hours went by, nothing arrived, no contact. Same thing the next day. Same thing Monday. Nobody EVER contacted me and finally a delivery service called with a request to deliver Wednesday this week. What TERRIBLE service, you should not say "next day service" and then not even bother to follow up. The entire experience was misleading, fraudulent, frustrating and unprofessional. The customer service chat people were friendly but absolutely no assistance. This was ridiculous, and I cancelled the order, will never shop with Office Depot again.

Should have read the reviews here first. Having a terrible time getting the desk that I ordered from Office Depot. Get the run around everytime that I call. They literally sent me half of a desk.

Just receive my online order today...very fast...but the delivery man (out of good intention), unlike Amazon, FedEx, UPS delivery drivers, knocked on my door and after I opened my door stepped very close to me and handed me the box and loudly announced: "Office depot, your delivery!" He was not wearing a mask nor was he wearing gloves..I am not worried about the lack of gloves...but I am not happy that a unmasked man talking loudly, inches away, right to my face! Wear a mask! Wear a mask! Protect yourself and your customers!

On july 7th I bought a computer for work from @officedepot’s website. This computer was scheduled to be delivered on July 16th (last Thurs) I’ve still not received a tracking number, all I get from customer support are excuses! #this is #ridiculous #OfficeDepotFails #badBusiness

Let me start by saying If I could give them zero stars I WOULD. I have spent the last month being told that I would be receiving a refund for a chair. I ordered this chair then was immediately billed for it on my account. Due to them having "financial issues" they allowed it to expire until they noticed 10 days later. The refund was processed by the representatives who assured me I didn't need to return the chair due to the inconvenience of the two overdraft fees because I didn't realize they refunded me due to being out of town. Then Corporate denies the request the same day I was told that it was approved and to wait 3-5 days. So I called them AGAIN the gal said Corporate will call you and I will send an email to you so you can provide your bank statements. Never received the email or a call. Corporate sent me a generic email showing how uneducated they were about the situation when my bank was charged. I'm apparently a "valued" customer who corporate doesn't care about even though this was something their own representatives said was happening to everyone who made purchases during that time. Never again. JUST TAKE BACK THE STUPID CHAIR *washes hands*

This company is very unreliable that they shouldn’t be in business. I ordered multiple items that never arrived and they wanted me to go around the neighborhood and locate my package.

I am going through a very serious situationI sent several important e mails/tex,t messages to get copies made,I went to get them, & they had deleted them & threw them away,because I didn't get there fast enough,So I resend everything ,& ,I explained I have no phone,, no car ,, ,&I stayed in contact through emails,I get there Today,& they did the same thing ,knowing the seriousness of this, it would not have taken 5 min to tell mer that your throwing them away, especially since I stayed in contact with Office Depot without a phone ,or car,& walked there .,POOR COMMUNICATION & DISREGARDING IMPORTANCE OF CUSTOMERS NEEDS,,

DO NOT PURCHASE THE TECH SERVICE BUNDLE WHATEVER YOU DO. They logged into my computer and did four resets and they would not get out of my pc. They messed it up more than it already was.
