Unsatisfactory Service and Products. I ordered two wireless headsets. Both headsets were delivered without the docking station or power cord. Office Depot does not enable online returns. I contacted customer support and only received a service number saying that they would contact me to issue a return. No return call. Our company will not use Office Deport in the future. I DO NOT recommend Office Depot. A little over a week passed and Office Depot had the defective headsets picked up for return. No refund showing up though.

I order Lysol products that were available. I got an out of stock notice. 8 weeks later they cancelled my order. Later, they had Lysol Products available. I put the items in my cart, checked out with my credit card and got a message that said "the item was available when you put it in your cart, but is not available now." I just tried again-last chance Office Depot. I put the item in my card, paid for it, and got the same "it was available..." but there are 0 left. Now, these non-purchases are sitting on my PayPal account as pending. Why isn't the payment just cancelled? Why let the credit card go through before I am told it is out of stock? I understand that these products are difficult to find, but it your site says it is available, don't con your buyers when in it not really available and not cancel the credit card payment! Ridiculous!

purchase an item on line with promise to deliver next business day. I needed the item for a business meeting and paid their higher price so I could get it in time for a business meeting. It arrive 7 days after my order, I ended up not needing the product and attempted to return but unlike Amazon there is no way on the their web site to do that. I called and still waiting for a team member to call me back! Sorry they lost my business.

Horrible service, I ordered 2 desk chairs for my daughters on 08/31/20 and it gave me 09/15/20 as the expected delivery date, I called this morning and they told me the product had been discontinued and I won’t be getting my order, and I should get a refund in 5-7 business days, they could have informed me sooner instead of me waiting for a product that was never gonna be delivered now I gotta order another set of chairs from somewhere else obviously but I have to wait again, won’t be shopping here again

I purchased a $500 big and tall office chair online. When the chair arrived it was missing instructions and parts. The good news is that most of the chair needed no tools, but the back attaches to the seat with bolts. I had to purchase my own bolts to get it in a usable state, but tried to contact their CS to get my missing pieces. After CS researched the issue, they came to the remarkable conclusion that the chair had been delivered. Responding to their email produced only silence even though the email stated "let me know if you have any questions" which I now assume that you can ask whatever you want but don't expect an answer. After then trying to chat with them via their website, I was finally given the number of what I assume is the warranty department. After 30 minutes on hold I finally took the option to have them call me back where I was swiftly delivered to a full voicemail box and disconnected. I can't remember the last time I was this frustrated by a company's customer service, it's been a truly horrible experience. I would not buy from nor recommend anyone buy from this company again.

The online service is a JOKE bad website does not work right. Offer a discount, that then you can not get it I tried to buy office chair $50. off. could not get it off. The next good thing go to walmart got it.. forget Office Depot..............

On July 16th 2020 I was billed 129.99 on my checking account for tech support on my computer I bought 2 years ago. I called them up to cancel and for a refund on July 20th 2020. Loulou Saherwala Contractor, she said it would take 7-10 work days. Still no refund. I called them again after 14 days and spoke with Roy, still no refund. I contacted them again online this time 8/12/2020 spoke with Max to see if that would be better. Gave them the info. Copied the conversation and they said I would get an up date in 24 - 48 hours. No up date or refund. Called again and Spoke with Lou Ricaplaza contractor customer care rep.-billing dept/ office depot, inc. on 8/17. Still no refund or notifications of any kind. Emailed on 8/24/2020. Message came back 8/25/2020 that I would be contacted in 3-5 business days. On 8/28/2020 I received an email from Sherren Dsilva E-Commerce support stating it would be another 1-2 weeks. It is now 9/9/2020 no refund. No notification. No contact from Office Depot. I feel that it is time to go to the news channel so they can investigate this. During this pandemic, I need my money back.

Bought a 500 dollar chair online that broke a few days after the purchase. In the process of waiting for them come pick it up twice with 8-5pm windows, calling back and forth rescheduling their pick up of their defective chair. and 2 day lost waiting home for the chair to be picked up. A complete disregard of the costumer. Beyond disrespectful treatment of costumers time.
