the manager at office depot is the rudest lady i have ever meet in my whole entire life the employees are some what nice but i know i will never take my business to office depot in durham nc on durham chapel hill boulevard ever again . i will not send my friends there none of it . if im not mistaken her name was diana , deana , dana something with a D she was a beautiful women but her attitude and the way she act she shouldnt be able to run a business like that . i never in my life seen a woman roll her eyes because im a little confused on the certain policies . i never in my life felt more humiliated a day in my life i can only imagine how her employees feel if they havent quit yet im pretty most of them will do so soon .

So, just how many one star reviews can a place get? I think they work at it. Empty shelves. Sign on door not to have more than 25 in a store of tens of thousands of feet. And no change. Forcing you to use a credit card for a $2.00..or should I say $1.72 purchase for which they "lie" and say they have no change. I simply do not believe them. So, bye bye Office Depot. I'm sure you're going away. And you've worked hard to run off your customers.

I ordered 2 end tables on September 2 and received a confirmed order with a latest delivery date of September 24. I called to follow up on the status on September 25 and was told I would receive communication within 24 hours. This did not happen. I was then told days later that my order had been cancelled due to the vendor not being able to fulfill the order. I posted a review and Office Depot won't publish it. So they screen their reviews. They still have the tables on their website for sale even though they aren't available. I will never order from Office Depot again. I ordered these a month ago only to find out a month later the order will be cancelled.

I should’ve read the review b4 placing an order with this horrendous excuse of a company. So I ordered two desks (I’m a teacher teaching remotely). I ordered them over a month ago. When I track my package it said “processing” was promised it would get here last week and nothing. Called and they can’t give me any answers because apparently what we buy from them doesn’t even come from them but from “vendors” What a load of crap. I’ve called, texted, emailed and they keep saying someone will get back to me and still NOTHING!! I AM FURIOUS RIGHT NOW!!! NEVER AGAIN!! Please GO ELSEWHERE!!!! Do not buy from this poor excuse of a company called Office Depot. The worst company EVER!!!!!!

Needed a copy from PDF( reason I didnt use selve serve copy machine). Sign posted $2.50 minimum or will be charged $2.50 surcharge fee for employee assisted. So the 30 cent copy cost $2.96. The library charges 10 and STAPLES does NOT have extra fee. Corporate explained its to keep the line shorter. OUTRAGEOUS

I have to let people know about my poor experience with Office Depot... I ordered 30 pictures online at 9am and it said it would be ready by 4pm. We showed up at 4:20pm and they told us it would be ready by the end of the night... I go to pick it up the next morning. When I get home, my husband notices that the pictures are not printed on glossy paper and the printer must have run out of ink because there were lines on the pictures. I call the next day and request a reprint. She can't quite find my order but asks me to just email the pictures to the Office Depot email and she would print them by the end of the night. I call before I drive over there to see if they will be ready and they said yes. We get there and they are not ready and they ask us to wait 15 minutes for them to print them. By the end of the 15 minutes, they say that the printer isn't working so they can't print them today. We ask for a refund because we have been there too many times now and it has been a terrible customer service experience. I hand the woman my copy of the receipt and she goes to a STACK of papers trying to find their copy of the receipt. After about 3 minutes, my husband asks if she can just process the return with our receipt, but apparently they can't. At this point, we have spent WAY too long at Office Depot. The process has been awful and the customer service has been terrible. We tell them to keep the money; we will not be returning. Other workers in the store LAUGH at us. DO NOT SUPPORT Office Depot. Especially the one on 185th and Cornell. Go to Walgreens or Costco instead.

purchased a broken pack of shipping box's used 2 of 4 (5) pk mgr. refused to give credit unless I returned all 4..No way to do this since I used 2 for shipping. Mgr rude and argumentative .I left 2 unused boxes in store told Mgr. what she could do with them.****

I purchased a toner cartridge for my HP laser printer and when I got it home it was unreadable and worse than my empty cartridge. I went back to the store and they were not able to exchange it. I had to drive across town to another location and then they tried to charge me more money for the exchange. IT STILL DOESN'T WORK! THEY SOLD ME A REFURBISHED ONE BUT I PAID 75 DOLLARS FOR NEW! RIPOFF ARTISTS. I'M DIRECTING THIS MALFEASANCE TO HP DIRECTLY, THEY SHOULD NOT ALLOW THEM TO SELL THEIR PRODUCTS!
