I placed my order on Tuesday, 11/24/2020 online to be shipped to my home. The tracking number stated the delivery date would be 11/30/2020. Great. On 11/30, I checked to see what time my package is expected to arrive and see a message from Office Depot of problems with my order and check with paypal. Paypal had no issues, but was waiting on confirmation from officedepot. Officedepot said, I needed a new payment method, I provided it, then they said the product was no longer available online and only available in store. After waiting for them to find a local place near me, they said there are no stores within 100 mile radius that carries the product I had already purchased. Needless to say, that is unacceptable. This is worst experience ever. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM EITHER ONLINE OR IN STORE.

My UsBank Confirmed my debit Card information was Accurate and My Telephone number was accurate in case my bank needed to get ahold of me as well I don't know why , the company ( Office Depot ) I do have documentation states the address matches my debit card Corresponding information Up-to-Date and I've been making More Then a lot of purchases through my debit card with the other business with the same address I've gave'n to them , the lady on the phone was rude I asked to speak to there supervisor about this incident and was shuffled around the phone call couldn't get through so i called again asked to make a complaint with there business no answer from the headquarters Due too " COVID-19 " Restrictions , yes ( Office Depot ) dropped the amount back into my bank wise , and released the funds back after holding the amount for sometime, the complaint that I'm making is I was trying to do business with Office Depot and It was clear that the customer care team was rude and I had placed more orders at one time with this business online on phone E.T.C and it was clear to me that my bank had frozen the amount cause I had try to make more then 1 purchase at 1 time , Office Depot asked me do I want to use a different card and I said no You Gotta Be Joking Right ! 🤪 I will call my bank and confirm , it wasn't on my end or my banks end it was Office Depot there system was rejected to my debit card supposedly cause everything went through on my end as the information was accurately correct , I am here to make a complaint with there business about how Un-professional I was treated by there business I had gaven there business poor rating on this matter and how deeply I was saddened I don't think there Company business is professional with customers as I took my business to best buy and had No Issues with My Debit Card. Ordered a 2021 Standard Diary from this company using the web. This product has been my favorite for 30+ years. Typically I bought it at a brick-and-morter store like Staples. Buying it from Office Depot was a HUGE mistake. These dimwits mailed me four refills for diary pages, addressed to someone else. So now I have to return this material for a refund, plus order another diary. Most probably the guy who expected those refill pages got my 2021 diary and is looking at in dismay. Hope he writes a review too. Office Depot would be better off declaring bankruptcy in 2020. That way the management can blame it on COVID instead of the true reason - their incompetency.

payed 500 dollars for a compute (next day shipping)....here it is, 1 week later, no computer, no idea where it is due to incompetent customer service, and no refund that i have asked for numerous times. never another dime from me

worst costumer support ever I was told from there representative that no one in the department knows anything so if I was to ask even management they wouldn't even know how to help. I was like there is no way every single person in the department could possibly be that dumb

Doesn't perform print services performs copy services. I brought a document in that was made for me at Office Depot in Gonzales La to have more made and was told they do not offer those services. BUYERS USE STAPLES THEY ARE CONSISTENT

I feel that it is a rip off, even fraud, to sell printers and not have the ink they need. Office Depot, along with HP, are guilty of this. I never thought that a company like HP, and office max, would pull a stunt like this. I need an HP910XLcyan ink cartridge. HP says they are out of stock and have no idea when they are going to re-stock. Office max does not even list the cartridge anymore. These companies need to be reported to the better business bureau or even the Federal Trade Commission. DO NOT BUY HP PRINTERS AS THEY DO NOT HAVE THE INK THE MACHINES NEED!!!!!

If I could rate them a zero I would. I have purchased two computers and three Epson printers within the last year at this store I’ve given my loyalty to for over 30 years. All FIVE of these devices stopped working within a month or two and all FIVE times I was denied a refund or exchange when I had my receipt every time. Folks if you haven’t noticed Dell and Epson have begun practicing unethical business practices against the business and ethics professional code to a fair and honest deal. Now selling substandard equipment set up to break trying to strong arm Americans into buying their ridiculously priced warranties which we’ve never needed in the past as we were ready to upgrade by the time a device stopped performing. Going to Office Depot corporate does you No GOOD as they pass the buck saying corporate doesn’t have the authority the individual store does. ATE YOU KIDDING OR DO THEY JUST THIK EVERY CUSTOMER USCA FLAT OUT BRAIN DEAD moron? Once they pass you off to the manufacturer you’ll spend a full two days on the phone without getting anywhere near a resolution. Their copy and print service I paid $120 to copy and collate court evidence screwed up my court documents so badly my evidence was not admitted! People STOP SHIPPING AT THIS STORE. File small claims cases against them. How much longer are we going to accept this communism mentality when we have a right NOT TO SHOP AT THEIR STORE TO BEGIN WITH. I will never shop again at their store and plan on legally picketing their two stores in my town so people STOP SHOPPING AT COMPANIES THAT COULD CARE LEAS ABOUT WHO JEEPS THEM IN BUSINESS.
