I am so pissed off at OFFICE DEPOT in Bloomington. We purchased a business computer from them in July 2019 and have had issues with it from the beginning. I spent many hours with their Tech Services. When we purchased it the salesman sold us what they call "The Bundle" which we were told included a warranty, set up, and "tech service". Well this computer completely locked up the other day. I went in to Office Depot and they worked on it for a while and said they couldn't fix it, but would sell us a new computer and we could file a claim on our warranty. Well, guess what! I just found out that they lied to us and the warranty was not part of "The Bundle"! Oh but, the new computer "Bundle" DOES include the warranty! So, they just screwed us out of an $800 warranty claim!

Pretty bad so far. Website gave me option for same day delivery, which was my ONLY reason for getting a laptop from them. It didn’t show up during the time promised. I waited until the next day to check in, hoping it was just going to be a late delivery. Nope. Called the next day, spoke to someone at customer service and told them the ONLY reason I purchased was for the available delivery time and that I was literally in the middle of moving out of state, that two days later was the day I was required to be out. She PROMISED I’d get my laptop by that date. Nope. I moved out and I’ll be calling customer service AGAIN on the road, but at this point my laptop will probably get delivered to a house I don’t live in and I’ll have to wait weeks for my actual order, when I could have gotten another item from somewhere else for cheaper with better options with the same or maybe even better wait by the time this all plays out. Yep. Last time here.

The worst experience of my entire life today at Office Depot, lawrenceville, Ga. I had bought an office chair at their Lawreenceville Suwannee, Ga about 3 weeks ago. I didn’t open the package. I just didn’t have the need for that. Their return policy is 30 days. Like any other store return I went to the Lawrenceville, Ga store, instead of the Lawrenceville Suwannee store. The employee was very humble and tried to do the return. He needed a manager to approve it. Ms. Linda Ak came to the register and without looking at anything started humiliating asking me in a very mean way why am coming to this store to return when I bought it at the other store. I explained this is closer to my home. But again and again the same sarcastic question why here go there. I will not process this over here. Go to that store you bought it from and have fun returning this. I asked her give me the corporate number. She is go get it from somewhere I will not give you the number. Then finally I called 800 go depot found someone from corporate and explained her that this chair box is very heavy for me to carry again put it in the car trunk and get it out again. I am an 55 year old lady. The company lady wanted to talk with Linda she refused to talk to her. Then finally she agreed to talk with her. The corporate lady insisted that refund be processed. Also gave her the code to use for the refund. Linda manipulated the system somehow and didn’t process the refund. And started bringing the whole store to look at this incident. It was very humiliating situation for me go there I will not help you. She even pushed the chair box in the passage saying just go. I finally took the employee help to get the chair into my trunk. As I was leaving she says have fun returning this again and again like 3 times repeatedly. Most UN behavioral manners of the store manager I have seen in my 55 years of age. I went to the other store and they processed the return in 2 minutes. Worst experience and worst management skills this lady has. She should be trained properly. Office Depot there is lots of competition in today’s world. One is Staples next to you.

My wife purchased an Ativa shredder in May. Due to two hip surgeries, she was not able to use it until August. The shredder did not work. Calls to product support did not help. The Store manager would only refun 50% because of the time elapsed. Said he would escalate customer support to issue a return for repaiu. No Email recieved. Called Ativa and they said they do not make repairs. Call Office Depot Customer support. Was told that manager misinformed us. They do not fix or accept returned items. They said they would sennd a replacement. Waiting. What a nightmare. They have lost my business..

I ordered a chair and a desk on 08/10/21. They promised both items to be delivered on 08/12/21. The chair came and NO DESK. I called the following week and was told the desk would be delivered on the 19th. Still NO DESK. I called again, they told me the 24th, called again, the 29th they told me Ida was the reason, well Ida has nothing to do with the 12th. Called yesterday which was 09/01 was told today. If at 5:00 my desk isn't here, I want my money put back on my card or I'm calling Troubleshooter. I'm tired of dealing with this. Will never ever order anything else from YOU! Your Business SUCKS!

I had an Office Depot package delivered to my address and it wasn't even mine. The recipient's address was clearly not mine. I contacted the woman it belongs to and she said she had to go around with Office Depot and said they told her the delivery service is one we've never even heard of. I would have contacted the delivery service if we knew who they were, but we don't because apparently they're pretty obscure. I hope they don't deliver for many online places because I do a lot of online shopping. Apparently they don't know how to read. I've never ordered anything from Office Depot and now I never will. I'm babysitting this order for a woman who in the meantime is having to have the charge put back on her credit card after it was reversed when she didn't get the package. The two of us are both elderly and we don't need this. Office Depot sucks.

I ordered a stand up desk and after they charged my credit card they told me it was going to be delivered on Wednesday (last week). It never arrived on Wednesday and when I contacted them on Thursday they assure me that it was going to arrive on Thursday. Guess what? It was not delivered on Thursday so I called again and again they promised me a delivery by end of day on Friday. No nothing on Friday and then they promised me Monday, nothing on Monday and then they said Tuesday. Tuesday came and suddenly the driver appeared and he only had 1 box of the 2 that made up the desk, with 1 box the desk is useless and he promised me that he would be back with the 2nd box. Guess what? He never showed up and they claimed it was delivered. I called to complain on Wednesday and they promised me a replacement on Friday before 5PM. Guess What? It is Friday 5:37 and NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING. I will never purchase ANYTHING from this company ever again.

Not happy with a wedding seating chart I paid over $58.00. Looks very amateur. It's printed on a ghost board that you can buy at Wal-Mart for around $2.00. The table numbers should be all lined up and they are not. I paid the girl $20.00 top for arranging design, very simple. I already had all the names in alphabetical order. I will not go back to Lapeer Office Depot for any prints!
