I love Office Depot in Woodhaven Michigan. Recently went in to take care of some faxing for retirement. I’m not familiar with faxing but the manager Robert was very helpful. Instead of doing it for me he sowed me step by step how to work the machine and payment method so I would know how next time I had to send a fax. This is my favorite Office Depot. Thanks

My wife and I had just bought a Christmas present for the widow of my best friend, and we were anxious to get it to her before Christmas. We walked into the FedEx drop point in Office Depot at Arnold Commons and explained the situation to Brittany. We didn't have a box or cushion wrap or tape or anything except the gift to be sent, and Brittany was very helpful to point out where we could find these things in the store. She also helped us to select a shipping method which would get our gift there on time for the holiday. Brittany was very professional and polite as well. Thanks to her, I will be going back to Office Depot for my future shipping needs.

Yesterday, I visited Fairless Hills, Pa Office Depot. I needed a printer as well as to return the defective one under warranty. I was fortunate to be served by Sabrina. She was super in every way and made it easy to return as well as buy a new replacement printer. The whole transaction was quick, efficient, pleasant and professional. Sabrina went over and above in making things easy including issuing bonus credit from the past purchases. I strongly recommend to reach out to Sabrina while in Office Depot .

Super good customer service from, I believe his name was Jose. He is in the printing section. He didn't make me feel like I was bothering him. His information was spot on! I will ask for him the next time I come in!!

i purchased a SanDisk External drive 13 months ago from Office Depot. the drive stopped working 1 month ago, brought my computer into a repair shop i use, was told there is a class action lawsuit against SanDisk. this problem started May 2023. all my saved data was gone. SanDisk would have replaced it but i didn't want a defective product. so, i called Office Depot. although they were just the middle man & it was 13 months after purchase, they refunded my money and i bought a Samsung External Drive from them. i appreciated their understanding of my problem and they took great care of me as a customer.
