Their service is good overall; fast one hour pickup, fair prices, and friendly staff. However, should you have a problem and need to contact customer service, emails do not receive replies. I recycled 10 ink cartridges for the month of July, providing my rewards # as usual. Yet as of August 31st, no rewards were issued. All other months previously were honored, and the purchase requirements were met. Forget the money, it is the principle: when there is a problem you will be hard pressed to get a resolution.

I don't mind shopping here if I can find a good deal. Unfortunately those are usually few and far between.
