Used them for many years, and they just get worse and worse over time. Recently ordered a couple of items that I had purchased previously, selected shipping as the expected delivery times were very short. Unfortunately, they have turned out to be much longer once the order was placed. Received initial shipping estimates, but then as I checked on them the dates slid and slid. Still waiting to even process one of the orders, and the items are in-stock! Also, the email notices you get do NOT have a tracking number. They make you go back to their website, log on, and then search your orders to get a tracking number that takes you to the shipper site. What a PITA! Last time for me, long term buyer but I will shop elsewhere, should have learned my lesson but now I have.

Office depot claims online that they will deliver items the next day, but when you check out it’s a different story. I tried to post a review on their website and they refused to accept it. Don’t trust their claims.

I ordered ink from office depot online and immediately afterwards my credit card number was being used for Uber rides. I contacted them when I found out so they could take action, they didn't really care. They just said sorry for the inconvenience. Sorry, I won't do business with them againn

I was in Office Depot on July 20, 2020 for almost 2 hours creating a brochure with one of the assistant. She advised me that she had saved it on my thumb drive. On July 28, 2020 I went back to the store gave Mason my thumb drive because I needed copies if the brochure. I was advise that it wasn't on the thumb drive. So, now the manager expects me to still have my receipt for this date of service that was almost a week later. Now I have to pay out of pocket again for them to create this brochure that their assistant didn't properly save to the thumb drive. Having and creating brochures is not a cheap job. They charge $ 25 to create this brochure and the price for color copies on a heavier paper cost. It's not my fault that their assistant didn't properly save my information. I have to pay again for her mistake. I think the store should be held responsible for this. I paid for a service that I received partially. All I want is my brochure created and put on my thumb drive and this wasn't done right. I was advised the the managers delete all files on the computer weekly. Can someone please help me out without me having to come out of pocket again. Times are hard now with this COVID - 19.

I have a Office Max that I regularly visit in town for prints. Normally, I am in and out with no problems and my prints look great. For whatever reason, this most recent attempt was not the same. I had a couple of pages that I wanted to bind together for a comic project I was working on with some friends and I figured I'd order some prints to get a prototype together through Office Max. I ordered them, picked them up, and brought them home. Upon getting home, I looked at my prints to notice they were flipped, meaning the prints were facing opposite directions, which completely ruined my purpose for them. Upon further inspection, all of my prints were also shrunken down to include an additional 1/4" border, even though I had already formatted my PDFs to comply with that. So, after noticing my prints were terrible, I looked for their customer service on their website. I got on and was set for a queue of about 30ish people, so I waited until it was my turn (roughly 25 minutes). I was then greeted by an incredibly slow customer service representative, who after about 10 minutes, revealed that I'd need to return to the store to get a refund. I'm completely confused as to why I have to return to the store, as I ordered the prints online. Overall, a terrible experience. As I said before, it normally isn't like that, but this experience has really made me reconsider my interest in getting any future printing done there.

Received a # discount coupons in the mail for Office Depot. Went there today & none of the coupons were accepted since I purchased: printer paper (on sale); G2 pen refills; & ink for my printer. So in very fine print none of the coupons could be used on sale items (paper) nor on any ink products. What a gimmick to get customer in store to purchase & yet no savings offered.

I am giving two stars instead of one because I was at least able to speak to an actual person. I ordered a four draw filing cabinet. It was delivered by one man who dropped it down from the back of the truck by himself, and then banged it up each of the stairs. I should have taken it out of the box while he was still there, but we were in the middle of meeting with a client. Needless to say, once I took the box off I have dents on both sides. I called to get a replacement and the order needs to be returned, money processed back to my account and then I need to do the order over again. It shouldn't be this difficult to just replace a damaged cabinet??? Why...
