Su venta en liena, con envío pr estafeta nunca llega y no resuelven nada

On 18-Jan-24 purchased a glass floor mat ordered in store. Charged $79.99 delivery. Later checked charge on line it was $29.99. Delivery was scheduled for Jan. 30th. Now Feb. 2nd. and still waiting. Never again will I purchase anything from Office Depot

Terrible customer service gentleman at printing counter was rude. When I stated he was being rude. He started telling me I was rude for telling him he had very bad customers service skills. Left store will not return thank you Danl Hollingsworth

They claim 20 minutes to program computer. It was three days and just plain rude.

Hice un pedido para entrega pick up, por alguna razón no salió el número de pedido, en la tienda me hicieron esperar 30 minutos para no solucionarme nada y al momento de llamar al número de la página oficial tardaron más de 30 minutos en atenderme y después de una hora me quedé igualmente sin solución, volví a marcar y estuve más de 1 hora al teléfono si no se me atendió. PÉSIMO SERVICIO

Would give a zero if I could. Office Depot have been awful to work with, internal processes are complicated and messy, they haven't been able to get their invoicing system right and the whole thing feels scammy and terrible. Would NOT recommend using this company to fulfil orders of any kind.

The worst ever experience! Buyer beware they don’t stand behind there product - purchased a computer and 2 weeks later not working… Office Depot didn’t want to know rude staff manager useless in Charlotte NC .. Had to send to HP no computer for 6 weeks! Way to stand behind your customer Office Depot! Never never by electronics at oodice depot it’s a 2 week return which is absolutely pathetic.

Pésima atención a cliente, marcas al número que viene en su sitio oficial, mandas correos electrónicos, etc y no solucionan nada…. No respetan promociones, no entregan los pedidos a tiempo ni completos. Un completo caos en esa tienda.
