ILEANA
IT WOULD BE BENEFICIAL, FOR BILLING COMPANIES AS WELL AS PROVIDERS, TO BE ABLE TO SEE THE CLAIM NUMBER WHEN CORRECTING A CLAIM IN THE BILLING/BILLING AREA. YOU GUYS HAD IT BEFORE, AND IT WAS SO MUCH EASIER. PLEASE PUT IT BACK.

Every interaction I’ve had with an Office Ally representative has been courteous and professional. Recently, I encountered a frustrating situation where my claims were repeatedly rejected, despite being correctly submitted. Office Ally took my concerns seriously, opened a support case, and within a few days, I received a resolution. Since then, my claims have been accepted without issue. That level of responsiveness and support is truly invaluable.
