Bought 2 of the new, improved sling bags from the site. But I was unfortunately shipped the older style ones. Customer service were on the ball and immediately arranged to have the correct ones sent after viewing the pictures of what had arrived. I dealt with just one person, Zoe, who was friendly and fast, which made it much more personable, to the extent that I updated her as to who I gave the unwanted bags to. Getting the final product therefore took longer than expected as a result, but luckily I wasn't in a hurry. I'm happy with the product. Customer service was a real person not a chatbot. China logistics is... China logistics.

Thank you so much for such a thoughtful review! 🥰 We’re really glad Zoe could step in quickly, get the correct bags arranged, and make the experience feel more personal. We’ll definitely pass your kind words on to her! 🖤 We’re sorry the mix up caused a longer wait, and we truly appreciate your patience. So happy to hear you’re pleased with the bags in the end! And yes, real humans here, not chatbots. 😄🖤

Order glitches 1. when adding a padded shoulder strip to the order, the order states (for the padded strip): BUY 1, GET 1 FREE - but when accepting the added padded shoulder strip - there is no discount (in fact in the cart the price for the second strip is double...). 2. In the product description the sizes are MINI and LARGE - but when ordering the sizes are regular 1L and large 1.6L.
Response from OffgridnordicOct 8, 2026
Thanks so much for pointing this out! 🖤 We completely understand how this could be confusing. Just to clarify, the Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer applies to the sling bags only, not the padded shoulder straps. The shoulder strap is a separate accessory, so the offer doesn’t apply when adding two straps. For the sizing, Mini is the 1L bag, while Large is the 1.6L bag. We really appreciate you highlighting this, as we always want the information on our website to be as clear and easy to understand as possible. 🖤✨

I expected the travel bag to be bigger considering you are travelling and need to carry items you don't always carry. So it was a bit small for my liking but it did have the lining within to prevent people from scanning your credit card data and it is cut proof with the inner wire along the sling strap and the zippers are set up so that it is very difficult for someone to try to open them without you knowing. Over all it is usefull to keep your passport and money safe while travelling, however it is not very stylish for a woman using it. It is logically designed as neutral gender. Very functional.

This is what we aim for! 😍 We’re so happy to hear that you found the bag functional and appreciated the security features, especially the RFID protection, reinforced strap, and secure zippers. We totally get that size and style can be a personal thing, and we really appreciate you sharing what you’d love to see improved. Feedback like yours genuinely helps us keep getting better. 🖤 Thanks again for choosing Offgrid Nordic and for taking the time to share your experience! ✨
