Det var lite omständigt innan man gjort färdigt beställningen, men gick i stort sett smidigt.

Bought 2 of the new, improved sling bags from the site. But I was unfortunately shipped the older style ones. Customer service were on the ball and immediately arranged to have the correct ones sent after viewing the pictures of what had arrived. I dealt with just one person, Zoe, who was friendly and fast, which made it much more personable, to the extent that I updated her as to who I gave the unwanted bags to. Getting the final product therefore took longer than expected as a result, but luckily I wasn't in a hurry. I'm happy with the product. Customer service was a real person not a chatbot. China logistics is... China logistics.

Thank you so much for such a thoughtful review! 🥰 We’re really glad Zoe could step in quickly, get the correct bags arranged, and make the experience feel more personal. We’ll definitely pass your kind words on to her! 🖤 We’re sorry the mix up caused a longer wait, and we truly appreciate your patience. So happy to hear you’re pleased with the bags in the end! And yes, real humans here, not chatbots. 😄🖤

Something went wrong under my order, so I only got 1 item instead of 2 so was in the offer. But when I complained Zoe fixed it and sent med the second items for free. The bags looks great.

A big win for us! 😍 We’re genuinely sorry there was a mix-up with your order, but we’re really glad Zoe was able to sort it out for you and make sure you received the second bag. It’s so lovely to hear that you’re happy with how they look! 🥰 We truly appreciate your patience and kindness. Enjoy your bags! ✨
