I ordered two bags, a L size sand colored one and a L size olive colored one. I received the olive one but the sand one turned into a larger black one… magic! I reached out to the company and Zoe was there to reply pretty darn fast! She figured out where the mistake was made and arranged that the sand colored one was sent to me asap. Very happy with the service. Besides the bags I also ordered a shoulder pad. Works great. One tip from my side: maybe a nice sand colored shoulder pad could be made available. It would look so much better on the sand colored bag instead of the black pad. So 4 stars from me because of the delivery error but content with the help from Zoe!

We’re happy to hear you’re enjoying your bags and shoulder pad. And thank you for the great suggestion about a Sand colored shoulder pad, we’ll definitely share that feedback with our team! 🖤 Thanks again for your patience, support, and for choosing Offgrid Nordic! 🖤
