Actually should get no stars but you…
Actually should get no stars but you had to click on one. I finally, after 4 months received the shoes my grandson really wanted, only to realize they are less than half the size he needed. No way to contact the company to return them so I’m stuck with a $65 pair of shoes that fits no one I know. This company sucks, cheats and lies.

Very bad Material
The material is very bad, comes with a funky smell and the size is waaaaaaaaaaay smaller than expected

Hello sir/madam, i checked that you bought a hoodie with $11.99, you can not expect more for a hoodie which is $11.99 , and new clothes often have smell , so I suggest you wash it before wear it .Even though you are purchase from other shopping website , it is possible that the item you buy will not fit you , that's normal, so I suggest you contact customer service when find the size not fit you ,then the problem can be fixed

Sent wrong size but told me it was my…
Sent wrong size but told me it was my fault. Finally offered to send me the correct shoe and me pay for shipping, which I did. Still no shoes in correct size!

Hello sir/madam, you didn't return te wrong size shoes to us and we still sent you another pair of shoes for free,we just asked for a little shipping fee, this is not too much and the size we sent to you is just according to your request ,if it is still not fit you , we feel sorry about it , I can understand , this is disappointing ,but at least we have tried our best to help you, we can still conmmunicate with each other if you like .

I placed an order with the company Oct…
I placed an order with the company Oct 31st and have yet to recieve it. They took the money for the items each time I have contacted them they said it was in shipping at this point I am thinking I will not get it. A hard lesson learned never again would I order from this company. I put my trust in them to send me products that I loved and recieved nothing . This is not how you run a business.

No way to contact the Hit my pay pal twice. Terrible customer service. Please don’t use people just for money and not sent the item.

SCAM SCAM SCAM…
After I ordered i read tons of reviews claiming this company is a scam. I have them the benefit of the doubt. They sent me a fake tracking number through the site 17track. I watched as the sorting centers traded possession and it made its way to me. Finally the tracking said the package was out for delivery. when it was about to be delivered it sent a message saying the “address was incomplete” and it will be returned to the sender. my address was NOT wrong or incomplete. it is a total scam. When i reached out through email they refused to reply and/or send the actual package forcing me to attempt a refund through paypal

Hello sir/madam, we think there is misunderstanding between us , there is no sense that we sent you a fake tracking number and make you unhappy to us , you see you can see the information updated on 17 track website later , i believe that your package must be delivered to you successfully if your shipping address is correct and detailed .
