Invalid tracking and took to long for my package to arrive did not recive it before my vaction almost a month before delivery.

the product is fine, the delivery time to receive this item took over 1 month to receive at my door from when I made the purchase.

Sent wrong size, took 1 month and customer service is non-existent.

Ordered shoes for my son, but wasn’t sure what size to get him as he’s in between sizes and they are whole sizes. So I ordered two sizes since they advertise a return policy. Once we decided on the ones that fit, I reached out to customer service about needing to return the ones that didn’t fit. I got a prompt response, but it was that I would have to ship them back myself. And provide a tracking number within 7 days. They estimated it would cost $10-30 and take 2-4 weeks. When I looked into the post office, the cheapest I could find was indeed $30. And anything with tracking, which they requested was $45. The shoes were $55. Their return policy is unreasonable. The math doesn’t work. Now I’m stuck with a pair of shoes that don’t fit. Order only if you are 100% sure you will like the shoe and it will fit.

I ordered a shirt I believe in July 30 I got screen shot showing it was confirmed and payed for it still haven’t came in and I need it here cause I have a baby shower coming up .

They where to big I tried to get a refund but they gave me an address in china an a number an a gift card cause I sold them for lesser then what they were
