SCAM
SCAM. Be aware! Bought two pairs of shoes which website sizes are false as I measured them and the label of the size is just affixed ( not the real size). They will send a random pair and size. When you ask for an exchange they will state it’s in China and since it’s too expensive to send back to try to sell them. They will also state that they will give you a gift card (less than 10percent of purchase value for your hassle). I’m out 100dollars due to their error and they will not do anything about it. Funny all shipping labels are from Los Angeles but the returns must be to China…. Scam, scam, scam. I would strongly advise to not to purchase anything from the site as you will not get any cash back!

Hello sir/madam, we can understand your feeling when noticed the size not fit you , this is really disappointing, but you can not say that we sent a random pair and size, this is denigration. Sell them or gift them or donate them or return them to us , this is up to you , we just give a suggestion, return products and get full refund , this is fair to both of us .
