Great product quality 💯 mats fit like a glove

The whole things start to finish was super easy. Arrived on time. I'm someone that's never put on this kind of thing before I did it by myself in an hour and a half. Good morning

Items arrived in beat up box and was not secure inside the packaging - the packaging consisting of a plastic bag with the items shoved in it… looked as if someone packed It in their garage and shipped it out 2 weeks later…. While one component out of three fit, they still want you to keep partial order for partial price & warn a restocking fee will be attached to full return… I’m not paying a fee on their faulty, non compatible order. Spoke to one person over the phone that acted like they didn’t know what to say when questioned about the process and left you with long pauses in conversation - feels quite scammy… emailed concern also and response was as mentioned above.

The quality of Oedro products are defined simply: you get what you pay for. I've purchased items from several merchants including Rough Country, RealTruck, Extreme Terrain, Oedro, etc. In comparison to other sites, Oedro is significantly cheaper but for a reason. Their products are of decent quality, they arrive in good condition, their hard bed covers hold up pretty well, overall the quality isnt too bad. However, with the cheaper price comes downsides. A lot of their products aren't exactly the most precise fit and require a lot of effort to almost force them to fit. The difference in pricing reflects in the installation. It feels like other more expensive sites actually measure their products and Oedro kind of just eyeballs it within a few inches. Not a bad site but if you truly want outstanding quality and perfect installation, go with other sites. Oedro should be strictly for people under a tight budget.

Ordered right running boards and they did not fit my truck.had to haggle with them to get them returned without getting them returned. Had to settle for 50 % off and keep running boards..had to order from another company..they have bad return policy.

DO NOT BUY these running boards. Within a year the finish began coming off in sheets and rusted bad. Customer service does not take any responsibility for factory defects at all. Save your self the hassle of dealing with them all together. I NEVER write reviews but Oedro does not care. They just continue to sell them they don’t care about the customer after you have purchased them. I wish I could post a picture of how bad these look. Save your time and energy DON’T PURCHASE complete garbage.

Everything was great with the exception of the washers for the outside of the runners. If the runners are black and the bolts are black you want black washers, not chrome. It sticks out like a sore thumb. Other than that great running boards!!

Zero customer service, I ordered the wrong running boards, just want to order the right ones, but these idiots answer 1 or 2 emails with 2 -3 more requests then no response for 24 hrs . I'm not even trying to get a refund, just want running boards, what a bunch of idiots.
