Overall good chair but lumbar support should be improved

Nice friggin chair at a good price

The chair is a good quality product and fairly easy to assemble. The headrest gave me a little trouble to I was able to secure if after a few tries. The company reached out to me after noting in my original review of conflicting information as to the maximum weight the chair could hold. It was a mistake on their website which has since been fixed and the maximum weight for the chair is 350 lbs.

It’s a great chair-but the headrest doesn’t quite hit me in the curvature of my neck, as I had hoped. I even emailed and called to make sure I bought the correct fitting chair for a 5”2” person.

The delivery was made very fast and everything seems to be good. The only issue I have with the chair is that the lumbar support doesn't go higher. I need it about 4" higher from the highest position.

I ordered this chair around Christmas time and got it within 6 days which was impressive. I use this chair for gaming and it is very comfortable for long hours. I love how adjustable it is so you can switch positions frequently and easily. I am a small person so this is far more comfortable than other gaming chairs I've tried (SecretLab and one other off-brand racing one). The chair cushion is lovely for people with not a lot of extra cushion on their booty. My only complaint and why I didn't give 5 stars is the footrest. My husband bought a chair from Odin Lake awhile ago and has this large mesh footrest and that is why I wanted an Odin Lake chair, so I could kick my feet up while gaming every once in awhile. However, the footrest on this chair is just a hard plastic piece. It is still comfortable to use for short periods of time, but if it were mesh I swear I'd never use the chair without using the footrest. This isn't a huge issue though, and all in all I'm very happy with this chair.
