I would have liked a bit more preconstruction, but I'm just lazy.

The chair was fairly easy to assemble and came with everything needed. My only complaint is that I wish the footrest slid fully under the seat when not in use. Sitting with it there can be awkward, and I can see how someone may trip on it while getting used to it.

The chair arrived quickly, and it appears to be well made. It was easy to put together. Overall, I am happy with the investment. The only thing I can say is that I am 6'9" and I wish there was more range of adjustment with the headrest and for the seat to move forward. It is definitely a huge improvement over my last chair.

Once I became familiar with the features of the chair. Adjusting the back and having the right height. I'm able to sit longer periods without any pain. My other chairs were brutal. This one is as advertised. But, it did take some time to find my sweet spot.

I received the wrong part to assemble my chair. Customer service worked quickly to get the correct part to me and kept me informed along the way.

The product turned out to have a design or manufacturing defect, as did the replacement I was offered. I was offered a full refund, or a $100 discount on a different product that was nearly three times the original price ($269 vs $799). As I do not feel the other product is worth the price I declined and took a refund. support was prompt and resolved the issue within an acceptable amount of time. I just feel the resolution was less than optimal as I am left looking elsewhere for a similar product. If the product hadn't had the flaw, it would have been acceptable. Edit: Seems another flaw is the chair cannot be disassembled once assembled. The gas cylinder cannot be removed from the seat or the base. So I cannot fit it back in the box for return. Waiting to see what support instructs. Update: The issue with the chair's return was solved. The refund was processed. I said before, their support is great. Unfortunate about the chair and the problems with it, but it happens.

Hi Jeff, I am sorry that our products did not make your shopping experience perfect and deeply apologize for this and thank you for recognizing customer service. You are more than welcome to leave your experience here. In fact, the solutions I was able to offer you throughout the entire process were the best I could muster. Please be assured that I have always really put myself in your shoes. In any case, it is our responsibility not to satisfy you. We have immediately rectified this manufacturing issue and recalled the chairs in question for our technical department to look into. We value every piece of feedback and suggestion, and it's what keeps us going in the long turn development. Wish you all the best. Zoey.
