Nice and pricey
There’s a lot of adjustments that can be made to fit most anyone. Once you get it dialed in, it’s like a 0 G chair. Chair is pretty solid and wasn’t difficult to put together. Don’t care for the casters so I had some rollerblade type to swap with however, the stock caster post is a different size than standard (come on guys, really?) so I found that the plastic cap that comes on the included casters fit right onto the rollerblade caster and will hold them in the base so keep those caps just in case. Wife really likes it. I don’t care for mesh chairs personally but, it wasn’t for me.

Good customer care
I wasn't happy with the chair and emailed them. They sent me a lable to return it. They are sending me the replacement. They also mailed me a free blanket without telling me. That was a surprice. Overall they do care about their customers.
