Neck support and lower lumbar support and the chair itself is rickety an seems unstable to provide proper support I have herniated discs and the left to right wiggle drives me nuts… the bottom seat feels funny due to the curve of the seat I wish it was a little more flat due to me having small legs the adjustment to bring the seat backwards creates a wierd curve.

It's fine. The back and headrest adjustability it's particularly sturdy - neither lock in place well. One of the screws to connect the seat to the base doesn't go in all the way. Overall, chair is comfortable, not sure it's worth $300+ though...

We loved the chair we purchased until yesterday. While my son was in the chair a bolt snapped off on one side of the underneath cross bar that was already assembled when received. Not a bolt we assembled, it was how it was shipped to us. We received the chair on Nov. 8th 2024, put the chair together the following week. Now a bolt snapped off. Contacting customer service.

Great product, good price, but it took weeks to ship and the communication was sparse at best.

The legs and top shipped separately, the legs arrived more than a week before the top did. A shipping label was created for eight days before the top started actually shipping, and nothing happened until I asked about the delay so it seems like it just wasn’t being shipped. Some of the pre drilled holes were a little bit off which made assembly difficult. However the top is very pretty and the mechanism works really well and quietly.

The chair is great for the price. Quality is good. I am 5.6 and it needs a lower adjustment for the head rest . Maybe they could make a chair for the smaller frame people.
