Ability to facilitate a resolution for the slow shipping of my chair. Fedex had let the shipment languish at one of their facilities for a few days.

Chair is comfortable and supportive for someone who uses it 8 hours a day. I have issues with my Coccyx on traditional chairs with cushions on the bottom and find that the mesh chairs avoids inflaming that bone! Good chair all the way around!

I have not been able to open my package yet! But it got here safely!! Thank you so much for choosing me as a giveaway winner!!!! P.S: I am still unboxing and offloading a lot of things to make room for the space in our apartment!! Thank you for sending me such an awesome gift! It will be a core piece to the studio I am building!

High quality all around, great packaging and quick shipping. Only four bolts to assemble it.

Zoey was very helpful and friendly. They helped me fixed a shopping error and then continued to help me after the part arrived and I had further issues.

Trying to make sure I have exactly what i need.

I would like to express a special thanks to the OdinLake support service, as I have not seen such a level of service before. I had a question regarding a new delivery destination, and it was resolved as soon as possible. It turned out that anything was possible! We placed the order a few days in advance, but since I had to get it by a certain date, I had already accepted that it would not be in time to arrive. However, here, too, I was in for a pleasant surprise: the employee I spoke to found a new way to deliver to the desired address, and everything managed to arrive twice as fast. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to your firm for its excellent employees. We will be happy to reach out to you again and again. Regarding the quality and the chair itself, the information will be presented below, as it was a gift for another person. ___________ The chair is very comfortable and easy to use. Starting from the assembly process, it’s immediately clear that the manufacturer has taken good care of you: the set even includes gloves for assembly. The chair itself can be put together in just a few minutes, and the assembly process is very pleasant and straightforward. The chair is extremely comfortable and offers plenty of features, especially if you choose the version with a footrest. When I used my old chair, my back would always hurt, but with this one — everything feels perfect. The mechanisms feel very high-quality, and even when you simply adjust the backrest, the sensations are completely different compared to any other chair. The design of the chair is quite minimalistic, yet very stylish. And the metal frame looks as if it was made from adamantium. 😊 (The wolverine fan is thrilled 😂 ) (Chair was O3 Ergo Butterfly 753 with footrest)

worth every penny!
