This is the best seafood delivery service! Their product is VERY fresh and arrives in not-excessive packaging, unlike other delivery services. Have been using them throughout Covid and will continue to do so!!!

I ordered the swordfish, the fish had a great flavor, but the texture of the fish was mushy. It was the first time we had experienced that texture in the fish. We order fish almost every week and the quality is usually great, we have rarely not received a fish because the fishermen did not think the fish was up to their standards. Last week’s order was three stars, other weeks orders are five stars.

Hi Danica, we appreciate your business over the last year and are disappointed to hear of your most recent experience with us. It sounds like the piece of swordfish you received was not up to our standards and we’re sorry we didn’t know of this sooner. We pride ourselves on exceptional quality seafood and for that reason guarantee the freshness of our products. We will reach out to you directly to make it right and we hope to have the opportunity to continue to provide you with delicious seafood for many meals to come.
