Was easy to order the Gift Card once I figured out how the process worked. Only negative was it took too long for the email with the link to arrive in my inbox. I was expecting about 5 min. Waited 1/2 hr. before calling and leaving a message. Didn't get the email until several hours latter. Also, it would be nice if there was something printable that looked like a gift card that you could give to the recipient.

We ordered swordfish and salmon and both were delicious. The swordfish was underweight a bit so it didn’t serve two if us.

The product was very professionally packaged. And I can know because my husband is Western sales director for HENKELMAN vacuum systems. I made the sea bass in a creamy white wine sauce with leeks, lemon and kapers, delicious! The quality of the fish was exceptional. I froze the halibut and made it yesterday. Freezing it did not take away from the quality. My only concern was that the delivery was done by a regular car.
