These glasses were OK for me, and that's about it. Sizing wise since I am a tall man I went with the suggested large size glasses, and I definitely don't like the look of the frame. If I had it to do over again I would have gone with the mediums as their frame looks much nicer. The large look like a bad hipster style. Quality-wise they are definitely nice, the lenses are great, it is a strong yellow hue that blocks out the blue light. I think they might have helped a little with calming my brain before bedtime, but at the same time, the yellow tint of everything sometimes seemed to aggravate my eyes and give me a headache. Because of that I probably won't wear them very often. It may just be the way my eyes are.

I have the ocusleep OS-3 frame and I love it. It is very beautiful and I would love to have it for everyday use because it is very modern. As for the lens, which is the most important feature, it is excellent for night reading on electronic devices because the eye does not get so tired. My issue was using it to watch TV or if I wear them around the house because the yellow tint feels weird and makes it difficult to watch. It is very different from when you use it to read or surf the networks where you feel an improvement. Regarding the improvement of sleep I have not seen changes. I love using these glasses before Bed. I used them about 1 to 1 1/2 before bed. They were like magic helping me ease into sleep. I am a avid reader, and the light from my e-reader from sleeping at night made it hard to fall asleep. Being able to use these glasses prior to bedtime helped a lot. I am not sure how I got a long without them prior. I always got limited sleep, like less than 5 hours, but these glasses really helped. They were very comfortable on my face. I received these as a free trial. The glasses took dome getting used to. However I definitely felt like it reduced eye strain. My eyes didn't feel as tired. I am not completely sure if it helped with sleep. I do think they definitely filter blue light.
