I ordered over a month ago and have not received an update on my order. I emailed support and did not receive a response. I've been charged without any knowledge on my order. I am very unsatisfied with the experience.

I ordered a pair of sleep glasses and when they arrived they had no prescription in them. I paid $120 for blue light glasses I could get for $10. Ive emailed twice with no response.
