OctobetReviews of octobet.com

Octoscam is truly 100% in full scam mode, i played 3 different BigBass over 1 hour, never hit a scatter round once, this is not a coincidence, my stakes were high enough to trigger a bonus round, but nothing, even normal reel wins are pennies, the RTP is lowered by their geeks, youve got no chance on this site

they dont deserve even 1 star. when all other companies do verification and withdrawal in 72 hours i wait already 2 weeks and no one know when i'll receive my winnings. Useless support , can answer to you once in 3-5 days and only after you spam them with TONS of mails ! do not loose your time with them .

I really enjoyed using Octobet. The site has a great range of options and overall I’ve been very happy with my experience so far. I was especially pleased when I won £752, which was released and paid out without any issues or delays, which gave me confidence in the platform. At the moment, I also have £1370 pending due to KYC checks. These checks have not yet been completed, so I am currently waiting for an update. Everything has been straightforward so far, but the verification process is taking longer than expected. I will update this review once the checks are completed and my pending funds are either released

AVOID ! Can deposit all day long but as soon as you want to withdraw they close the account . I withdrew over 2 weeks ago and still no money Edit I took the complaint to IBAS as Octobet said I didn’t deposit with my own card and won the case and had the money released to me

Set up an account with octobet last week, put a couple of bets on everything was fine. Yesterday I put in around £130 withdrew £700 then another £1300 then all of a sudden had to do a KYC which was fine. Gave them all the documents they wanted was getting replied too within half a hour. Last email I received was at 1pm and now my account is temporarily locked. Looks like I’ll never see that money. Place is a scam! Stay away

All requested documents were submitted. I only received an initial email confirming receipt, and since then I have had no response. My emails are not being answered. There is £976 in my account, and I am unable to make a withdrawal. I am concerned that I may never receive this money. My withdrawal request was submitted on 15/11/2025 and got cancel a few weeks after New users are still being allowed to register, and this situation needs to be addressed to prevent others from potentially being affected.

Please do not use this site, you can deposit as much as you like and lose, as soon as you try to withdraw they will ask you for KYC. I submitted and now they have closed my account. The customer support is terrible. I deposited £422 and tried to withdraw £1700. I will never see that money again.

Ignore the bad reviews I have made a couple of deposits and three withdrawals one withdrawal was over 1k and got a know your customer (kyc) request I sent the required information in and was paid out within 7 hours the slots are fair and bonus rounds pay
