OctobetReviews of octobet.com

Don't play, this is not real they don't answer by email. I'm still waiting for them to get back to me but nothing. Very bad experience.

Very bad COMPANY do not play, all promotion is just a scam, they not give Any Bonus, they ask you more personal information and documents, do not share anything this is scam company, I email them many times about the bonus they do not want to give you is just a scam, and they not answering on time on email they wait you to give up and close your account. Don’t trust them.

I bet this casino is gonna have 4 stars if the future but they still haven't start to write their own reviews. But I'm happy that i didn't need much to realise that this casino is a scam, same as the other sisters website s . Imagine playing at slots more than 50 spins and win only 3 of them . That's how low the winning rate really is .

I honestly dont know what people are complaining about, slots are slots and your not going to win all the time. Sports betting is great, yes they do KYC when withdrawing but which site doesn't these days. I sent my docs through and was paid out in less than 30 min. Honestly better experience than most of the big gaming groups.

For everyone who likes online gaming avoid this site they are scams and only rip you off they don’t pay out the winnings and the withdrawals take ages to go back into your account so my overall opinion of this site is a thumbs down 👎 for me

You will become begger if you play here all slots are dead live games low win deposited 10 - 15 times not a single p win. Fake casino. Slots are totally dead here. Dont waste time money i closed my account why i did. Ot see reviews earlier.

A disgrace Octopus Game Limited is a UK-based remote gambling operator. In March 2026, the UK Gambling Commission penalized the company for severe Anti-Money Laundering and Social Responsibility failings, resulting in a £26,000 regulatory settlement payment.

This operator is currently the subject of active County Court litigation under case reference 054 JE345 alongside formal enforcement reports to the Gambling Commission and Trading Standards. Following a live fast market wager where the automated system correctly settled a selection as a winning bet using official Opta data, the trading desk executed a manual intervention to reverse the payout and manufacture a loss. When formally escalated, their administration admitted in writing that they were completely unable to locate a video of the full event to verify the outcome, yet they maintained the manual clawback of funds. They have subsequently withheld a core deposit balance of £620.59 and suspended account access. Turnkey platform suppliers EveryMatrix and FSB Technology have been formally notified of these platform integrity breaches. Avoid this brand if you expect data integrity and transparent contract fulfillment.
