OctalogoReviews of octalogo.com

I am currently using this company for the design of my logo, website and all my branded materials. I am absolutely delighted with the service that I have received so far. The logo they have designed is brilliant, I love it. They are designing my website right now and its looking great. I have already recommended Octalogo to a fellow small business owner and I would not hesitate to recommend them again

Delighted with the final logo, thanks for quick response and awesome logo :)

Jeff Williams is really the only reason i stuck with Octalogo working with me closely on my logo i wanted, when i goto the finalized logo i only had the chance to look at the normal image files, had not had a chance to view the PSD so i assumed all was in order, however the PSd file was all merged with nothing on separate layers except the words for my logo which Jeff said he could get fixed and sofar he has not let me down hence my 5 star review here.

Brochure and trifold done, good job!

This customer service guy is great! His name is Michael Sharp, always helped me out whenever I needed it. However the designers are a bit slow in my opinion, but they said that it could take 24~48 hours before hand, so it is acceptable + I understand that they may have many tasks at hand. Overall was happy with OCTA LOGO.

My experience with Octalogo staff was pristine from inception to completion. Thank you Jeff,George and Zach. Loving forward in working with you on my other project. Maxine

I was referred to Octalogo by a friend with no real explanation regarding the quality of Octalogo's work or what their experience had been dealing with this online graphics and web development team. I ventured on to their website on the weekend and immediately I got a chat window with one of the developers and the dialogue went on for about 40 minutes. At the end of our chat I felt like I had made a friend. Not only was the experience pleasant but the developer asked questions regarding my needs that genuinely reflected his wanting to understand what my online store needed. He provide reassuring answers and even though he gave options beyond my immediate needs I did not feel pressured. Also the price points were fair, along with the number of revisions you get, etc. Needless to say, I hired Octologo to assist with building our brand, and as they sent graphics and art they always sent emails indicating their receipt of our revisions or request and delivered our revised versions in the time promised. I look forward to working with them as our business and needs grow!

I was really surprised to see the final version of my logo. It was great, much better than i thought. Octalogo done a great job in less than a week. Without a doubt going to use them again when needed.
