I'm very new to this whole hire a business to do something for you. Octologo was the first on google and have decent reviews, so I took my chances, I was blown away by the service. I came in only wanting a logo, and in the design process of my logo I ran out of revitions, Feris Marvin had already given me an extra one. I then got a very polite phone call saying o needed to upgrade my plan. Which was fine by me, so I went to their deals page where I got on a chat with Paul Johnson who helped me decide on a plan that had everything I needed plus more. He got me hooked on there Octa startup plan and gave me a crazy deal. Altogether a very helpful and courteous business. Who are will do go the extra mile to make sure their clients are happy. Thank you Ferris and Paul!!

I started my journey with Octalogo with online chat from Chris Rumsfield. Right from the start he was very helpful and made suggestions. The turn around to me asking for designs to them being uploaded to my account was quick. I dealt with him by phone too and he was very helpful. Definitely recommend this company. right when i looked at the website i had a guy helping me out with what i needed and within 2 days i had the exact logo i wanted in my hands!

I contacted Octalogo from an ad on the internet. I literally googled "logos." Risky, I know. But I am glad I found them. I was initially concerned over some negative reviews I found online, but the Octalogo team was quick to reassure me of their company. Alex Hales and Jerry Miller communicated with me over email. Alex was always quick to take my calls. He even put me in touch with his supervisor when I expressed concerns regarding the negative reviews I found online. Alex also was the first to email me about upcoming discounts which I definitely took advantage of; my fellow business owners were amazed at the logos and the deal I got for them. I was very vague with what I wanted in a logo as I am not creative and really didn't know what look I wanted to project or image I wanted to portray other than "professional." Alex and his team were able to come up with several designs and I ultimately chose one. I am very happy with it and have gotten positive feedback on it. I recommend this company.
