I have really enjoyed working with the people at Octalogo. They are professional, responsive, helpful and very creative. Allen Stanley was my account manager and he was awesome.

The team has been amazing. They have been very patient with me and my indecisivness, and have reflected my vision perfectly through design. Allen, the Project Manager has been great at keeping me informed on updates as well as bringing other Octagroup services to my attention. I definitely will recommend to my peers, as well as continue to use the group in the future.

Mark Anderson and Angelo did a great job helping me out and explained everything. After hours of research I decided Octalogo was my best bet and I am very happy I made that decision. Octalogo will even help get that patented R trademarking your logo.

I've worked with a few companies from my family all owning some business and I think that OctaLogo is definitely for someone who is creative and wants to express that through their website. They have friendly staff who are experienced and seasoned with their experience through the years. I would recommend OctaLogo for anyone who wants to have fun with designing a logo or for even more of a professional appearance online. TL;DR Great company. Good business.

I am starting a food service business, and was thinking about a logo and website. I was just looking and researching options online, and stumbled upon Octalogo's site. An online chat popped up, I asked a few questions, before I knew it I was talking to a sales guy, and impulsively I purchased a package from them to design my logo and my website. In the moment, the price seemed right and my sales guy was very knowledgable and had solutions for all the things I needed felt great about it. Then I came to my senses, and I read a few reviews on various sites which made me a bit concerned. But before I could even dwell on whether or not I had made a mistake, I received and email from my salesperson with files for me to fill out, and then once I did that, a link to teamwork website to track our project. I was told I would have initial designs in a few days, and I thought to my self "oh well, we will just see where this goes". I held my breath as I waited to my logo ideas to magically pop up. Then, just as promised on the day they were promised, they arrived. My initial designs were widely varied in style- but definitely professional. I really liked one of them that was very creative and clean looking but wanted some color changes and tweeks. I worked through the teamwork site to ask for those changes. They were promptly returned to me for review. After a couple tweaks, the logo was complete and everything was done to perfection with excellent follow-up and response. Once I approved the final design, they sent me a complete file with all formats. I have since taken those files to various people- sign companies, packaging companies, and the response has been overwhemlingly that our logo is very professionally done. I had the packaging guy give me an unsolicted compliment that my logo is "very cool" and that we "did it right". Another friend told me we "hit it out of the park". As far as the website piece of the package, I have to say I was not ready to begin focusing on it and providing the content as I was still negotiating my lease, working on my business plan, etc. I gave them an overall feel for what I wanted, filled out the forms, outlined the tabs I think I needed, etc. They pretty quickly retured a demo that was actually pretty decent. I asked them for time to respond on the demo as I was busy working on more pressing issues- like the architectual drawings, etc. They said sure, but they kept my project high on their radar which was surprising. My account manager Emily was excellent at touching base and following up and keeping me on task. After a few weeks, I felt I could focus on the website so I sent them some revisions, they were done in a day or two. I would review and make a more tweeks, and agian those tweeks were done in a matter of a day or two. My final tweeks came down to formatting, font, and a few picky items. They again completed those quickly and efficiently. I just saw my last demo and it is awesome. I did have hosting and domain included in my package, but chose to set up my own from GoDaddy anyway. Octalogo is going to publish my website in the next day or two, and I am very pleased with the end product. Being a food service company, I know I still have tweeks to make as our menu needs finalizing. They have assured me that I will be receiving a user manual, so I can make all the changes I need and they have also said they will be there if I need them. The only little glitch was that I wanted our website to be mobile friendly. which I thought was included in my package. But when I launched the demo, it was not nearly as functional on my iPhone as it is on a desktop. It looked pretty good, and was indeed technically mobile friendly. But I wanted it to be more interactive. Ryan reached out to me to discuss, and there is apparently another level of coding that makes websites format perfectly on mobile devices. I did decide to pay the additional money for that as I want to transisition to online orders eventually. All in all, my worries were for naught. They were professional, courteous, responsive, knowledgeable. They key is to work with them through the teamwork site, which keeps your project very organized. Don't email them outside of that site. As long as you are organized, they respond in the same manner. They do an amazing job and are professional and courteous and are real people doing real work One example of this is that I had occasion to contact my salessperson twice to clarify a couple of things. I assumed he would be long gone or in a sales center where they call out but communication doesn't flow back in. I thought I would email him on a longshot that he could help me. Both times he responded to my inquires very quickly and was very helpful. Big shout out to Emily Jones- my project manager. She is awesome! Ryan Miller was very helpful with the coding issue. And, Frank McCoy, my salesperson, was super helpful all throughout the process. All in all, I would do this again and recommend their services. They seem to genuinely want to do a good job and want their customers to be satsified. Every conversation ends with asking if they can do anything else or if I have other questions. Most importantly, I have a great logo and website to launch my business with. Thanks Octalogo!
