Thanks for your feedback. We’re glad to hear the split payment option has been helpful! We’re sorry we missed the follow-up regarding glass coverage with a zero deductible. That’s not the experience we want you to have. Our team will be in contact with you, and we’ll make sure this is reviewed and get you a clear answer as quickly as possible. Regarding rewards at renewal, we appreciate the suggestion. While we don’t currently offer a renewal reward program, we’re always looking at ways to improve the experience and pass along value to our customers.
