Placed order two weeks ago and status still shown as Unfulfilled. Have sent follow up emails. Received a reply to one a week ago but no reply to recent emails. Sorry I started dealing with this company - would not do so again and would not recommend them. Glad I paid with PayPal so at least I’ll be able to get a refund. Update 3 December 2020 - yes I did receive a reply to my second email after I had posted this review - but still unsatisfactory. Each reply, including their response to this review says orders will be sent by end of week. This has been going on for weeks. They have not replied to my email cancelling the order and requesting a refund. I will be lodging a dispute with Pay Pal if order hasn’t been fulfilled by the end of the week. I stand by my initial review that this is a company I would not deal with again.

I placed an order for 12 bracelets for a Christmas Gift Exchange. I received the tracking information and order was received very timely! I can’t wait for everyone to open these unique gifts!!!

Have not heard anything about my order or when it will ship. I contacted them through the website and haven’t heard back. Hope this isn’t a scam.

I ordered three bracelets for gifts and two of the turtle cards were repeats. Come on you guys can do better than that.

I keep receiving all this correspondence from you guys and I haven’t even received the product yet. I was hoping to get it by my wife’s birthday. (Today) 11-19-20 I got all this stuff on how to track her turtle but no way to track her bracelets. It just doesn’t make sense.
