I bought this as a special gift for my niece for Christmas. She was excited and she tracked her turtle until she was unable to. When she called to get information she was the turtle Grasshopper had died. No explanation , no we will send you a replacement turtle to track. She only was able to track her turtle 1 month. I believe this is worthy but I feel like it should of been longer . Any feedback would be appreciated.

I am sorely DISAPPOINTED! I am invested in saving the turtles! And, although the three (3) ordered bracelets are comfortable to wear and look good worn separately or together (black, white, turquoise), I ordered the three specifically so I could track three turtles, but I NEVER received a code, and two out of three cards are for the same turtle!

We are very sorry for the mix-up about the turtles! Please contact [email protected] so that we can send you the information to track a third turtle. The cards that tell you which turtle you are tracking have a link on them to allow you to track the turtles, but you can also ask customer service for those links in an email when they send you information for a third turtle.

As most people, we had ordered 5 bracelets and 2 sets of earrings for Christmas gifts on November 24th. Parcel tracking info was a waste of time and then were told they would refund on January 9th, 30 days after they sent. Was completely ignored on this but thankfully finally received our items on January 12th so I've messaged to let them know. 6 days later they thanked me for my patience...not amused. We received through email the turtle tracking info the day after we ordered but obviously we're left with also the printing costs to print them for our daughter and her friends instead of them being sent too. We won't order again but more so due to lack of customer service than anything else.

I was ordering the turtle bracelet for my sister for Christmas, after I searched all over the site I couldn't find any information at all on how long it would take. After I had ordered and PAID..I then got an email saying 1 to 2 weeks!! So it may not even arrive in time. I don't like companies who with hold information until they have your money!!!!! 😤😤

I loved the idea of the bracelet and adopting a sea turtle, all for a good cause. My grandson LOVES turtles and felt this was the perfect birthday gift. He loved it but when he tried to track HIS turtle there was notification that the site was down. They tried on several occasions but to no avail. Sorry.

I have mixed feeling about the rewards program I missed out on credit for my original purchase of buy 2 bracelets-get a 3rd free transaction & also submitting a picture of someone wearing your brackets for bonus points. Both transactions were verifiable but did not get credit. You asked for this feedback

I ordered a bracelet on 11/25/20. I got an email immediately with a tracking number for the turtle. But no email with the shipping info. It’s been more than 2 weeks and I have emailed but not gotten a reply. No phone number to call. Will wait a bit longer but getting ready to file a dispute with my CC co.
