Rapid shipping, quality product supporting our environment. I have sailed 7,000 nautical miles in the Pacific Ocean and Caribbean seeing so much flotsam and appreciate the opportunity to help clean up in a small way. Deena

I purchased a 4 pack seaturtle tracking bracelets for my granddaughters for Christmas three weeks ago. The money was debited from my account immediately. I never received an order confirmation. I tried reaching the company and it took 5 days to get a response. They have no phone number, only an email. This company appears to be a US storefront for an overseas company. Finally after three weeks I received an email acknowledging my shipping despite my telling them I wanted to cancel my order. It took 4 days for them to give me an order number. Now I have to pay $7.95 to return the item.

We apologize for the delayed responses, we currently are working hard to get back to each and every person. We are not an overseas company, all of our employees work in the United States and our shipping facility is in the United States. As for canceling your order, we were unable to cancel your order because it had shipped out before you requested the cancelation.

The products are great quality and the fact that you can track a turtle is a bonus. My daughter loves the bracelets and has always been fascinated with sea turtles and preservation of these amazing sea creatures. The purchase and transaction were flawless and shipping was fast. Will buy again.

I feel strongly about saving the ocean for future generations like my granddaughter’s granddaughter. I love the products that reduce plastic like laundry strips, sloth dryer balls, shaving soap, dog wash (just of the top of my head) and so I bought all these items as holiday gifts to introduce my 4 grown children to saving the ocean painlessly.

While I loved the bracelet, I didn’t get a tracker ! Still very cool but it was for my nephew and he was really looking forward to tracking his shark . Very grateful for the work you all do to save our oceans wildlife ! That’s a beautiful thing

I placed my order on November 9th, they took the money out on November 9th, but it is December 17th and still NO products. I can't find a number to call them, I have emailed them 3 times and contacted them on social media.... CRICKETS.... I will be letting everyone know not to order from them and why.
