Hi Floyd, I am sorry you feel like you got scammed. I can assure you we are not trying to scam anyone. I just checked your order and I am all up to date. It looks like we paid out a check to you for $26 for 2 iPod classics. One iPod Classic had an LCD line going across it and had to be re-quoted since it did not match the good condition criteria. We sent you an email in regards to the re-quote. You had the option to accept the revised offer or to have the device sent back at our cost. You accepted the re-quote. The second iPod classic passed all inspections and the original quote was paid out. Unfortunately when a device has LCD damage it does not qualify for the "Like New" or "Good" condition categories as listed on our website.
