Kathryn's Journey
OAR has helped with my out of control drinking. I used to struggle with the antipation of that first drink of the day. With OAR by my side the fight has become easier everyday. I feel very positive about my journey.

Just try it!
It's day 14 for me and I am way more impressed than I thought possible. Early on, I was concerned about some significant dizziness but that has now subsided to the point where it's not a big deal. During the first week, I drank less some days but made up for it on others. This past week, it's kind of settled in to a two or three drinks a day routine with no bingeing and when I added it up, I realized I'm drinking 50% less than I was a month ago. Insomnia is worse but I'm feeling better, and more committed to this than ever. I am fairly certain that I will continue to improve.....my goal is a nine-drink a-week maximum. Does it work? Hell yeh!

Stick with it.
I'm only two-weeks in to using the Oar program. It has been very helpful. I like the follow-up texts and notes of encouragement--helps keep me focused. The med is great, but the accountability is most important to me. I now think, before I drink.
