If I could give 0 stars I would. I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing through this crooked company. They’re not about taking care of their “patients “. They’re focused on the cash they will get from you. I ordered the medication and was very hopeful about starting my journey to curb my use of alcohol. However, after one use, I was extremely ill due to the extreme side effects from the medication. When I contacted the company to explain what was going on, they attributed it to alcohol withdrawal. I have a couple drinks in the evening after work. It was not withdrawal. Then I reached out to their “support” team and was told they can’t issue any sort of refund for the $600 I had spent on their meds and am unable to take. There’s no consideration for people who react negatively to the medication. This is not a compassionate company. It’s all about the bottom line. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment with your personal physician who is actually ethical and has your best interests in mind. He/she can prescribe this medication for you.

DO NOT BUY YOUR NALTREXONE HERE. Very poor communication. Was charged a "doctor's consultant fee" of $50 for answering a few check the box questions and never received the meds with no explanation as to why. When I asked for a refund MULTIPLE times and explained throughly why it was their error, the only pathetic response I could get from SHIRLEY was, "the doctor's fee is nonrefundable." I don't care, I want my $50 back. Massive waste of time. I doubt most of these positive reviews are legit.

SO THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO NO WAY THEY WERE GOING TO TRAP US INTO RE-RECURRING CC CHARGES! THEN - THE MAIN INGREDIENT - IS NOT HARD TO GET PRESCRIBED BY A REAL / OR ONLINE MD - THAT ARE NOT SCAMMERS!!

Wish I would have researched this company before getting scammed by them. I have never seen such horrible reviews on a company. The phone number goes straight to voicemail, so you cannot talk to anyone and they will not call you back. I have attempted to get a refund. While on the website. It showed the monthly amount of 39.00. I was not under the assumption it would charge the full year in advance. I saw the 469.00 charged as an alert and I called 40 seconds later, as well as emailed them before it shipped. Oar didnt respond until after it shipped and let me know there are no refunds. I looked on the BBB site and this has happened to many people. I am disputing this with my credit card company, contact FTC—anything I can do to make sure other people do not get scammed like this.

OAR did help me with sending prescription medication to help quit drinking and I have. My issues was I canceled my 3 month prescription a month and 1/2 in, realizing I know longer needed it and was just sitting on extra pills, and they began trying to bill me again after 3 months. Without having received any new pills, I tried calling (no phone support) and emailing to resolve the issue while the payment was in limbo. It took support several days to get back to me, after my credit card had been billed, to tell me I had not unsubscribed and would be charged, due to their online agreement which "I signed" and my payment now being processed. So, I have gone through the exact same process again, after getting billed of unsubscribing and this time removing any credit card information. They do not give you any sort of receipt when you cancel your plan, so there is no way to disprove them with your bank. Let this be a cautionary tale. When you cancel your plan, make sure to delete any credit card information. Their customer support and response time is absolutely abysmal, but on the bright side, at least I'm sober to deal with the headache and monetary loss this company gave me.
