I am sorry to hear that you had such a negative experience. I will be requesting more information from you, so that we can hopefully speak 1:1 and find a resolution. In general, while side effects are possible from any medication, they do typically dissipate with a few weeks of consistent use when it comes to the medication prescribed through Oar Health. While the non-refundability of our services and products is clearly disclosed and must be agreed to by all members as part of the sign-up process, I would like to learn more about your experience to see if we can find a fair resolution. I am sorry to hear that! The truth is that no treatment option works 100% of the time for every person in every attempt at drinking less or quitting. But there are other evidence-based treatment options that may prove helpful in combination with, or instead of, your prescribed medication. Well done for taking this important step. We’re sorry to hear that your medication didn’t arrive as quickly as you expected. While we ship all first-time orders via Priority Mail, it can take up to five days for your medication to reach you. We also understand that your treatment may not be having the effect you hoped for yet. To this, we’d offer two suggestions: 1. Keep taking the medication—its impact can sometimes take a little time to fully kick in. 2. Reach out to your doctor—if you log in to your Oar Health Member Dashboard (my.oarhealth.com) and send your doctor a message, they may be able to adjust your dosage.
