Amazed
Can’t believe that my obsession with alcohol has dissipated. I haven’t had to fight the urge to drink since I started taking Naltrexone.

This medication definitely blocks the…
This medication definitely blocks the desire to over indulge. The side effects are significant however nothing you can’t overcome. My side effects were mostly mood issues, I would get a little irritable. Mostly because my wife drinks and when she does she won’t stop taking!! I sleep good on this med and I’ve been taking this med for almost 2 Weeks. I didn’t drink for 10 days initially and I have had a few beverages since then however I have no desire to drink the next day. I hope to quit for good as I have health issues so it’s only smart to target that and I really think I will. Steve

I lost cravings for alcohol the first day
I lost cravings for alcohol the first day. It was truly amazing since I have struggled to stop drinking for over 2 years. I was only able to quit for 1 month at a time and would always go back to it. For the first time, in addition to losing the desire to drink, I also no longer think about it. It is a great feeling to be free of it.
