Super fast delivery and the urn we selected is perfect.

The website, shopping experience, customer service and product have all been incredible.

It's a beautiful necklace and it made it to my house very quickly. Now my Mei Mei and I will never be apart.

Lovely product. I keep my husband’s ashes in a wonderful Oaktree box. Now I can take a part of him with me everywhere. I have a pyramid necklace and it is lovely.

We lost the center of our hearts and home now that our little black and tan rat terrier has gone to his permanent home. He blessed us with his love and presence for 14 years. Even throughout his old age, he remained strong and loving while he endured health issues and suffering. It was necessary to find an urn befitted for our God-Given gift. The Lenox urn, from the black and tan color to the maple wood, which represents strength and endurance, perfectly represents him! The weight, construction and inscription were made with precision. No one looks forward to making this kind of a purchase. However, we are very pleased with the customer service and exceptional quality that Oaktree has provided during this very sorrowful time. Thank you Oaktree! Our vet was considerate and compassionate during this unexpected emergency. However, under the circumstances we weren’t fully coherent when our vet’s office explained that Angel Oaks would cremate and return his ashes to us. Frankly, we were expecting a cardboard box and ordered a special urn for him. Much to our surprise, the urn we received from Angel Oaks is lovely. The quality and his name engraved on the plate really put the urn over the top. Thank you Jon and staff for your consideration and professionalism during our conversations and our time of such sorrow.

The item I received seemed small. I ordered a large for the cremation. I’m hoping I ordered correctly. If someone could reply to ease my mind. Thank you

The customer service here is beyond what I have seen in the past. Along with the necklace was a hand written sympathy note from the sellers, you do not see this level of care elsewhere. When my wife requested a different color, the team at Oaktree got everything handled and sent us a replacement asap. This necklace is well made and is a perfect reminder of how much we love the one we lost. Thank you Oaktree!

The urn is gorgeous and the quality is amazing. Everything is as described on the website. It's exactly what I had in mind when I set out to find the perfect vessel.
