I saw an urn on Oaktree Memorials website that I liked a lot but my appointment at the mortuary was the next day so I figured I'd find something I liked there so didn't order the Oaktree urn on their website. Turns out I liked the one from Oaktree better than those at the mortuary but it was already Friday afternoon when I got home and I was afraid to add the weekend days to the time it would take to get the urn. I called Oaktree and talked to Max. He was so helpful and the urn was shipped out 2nd day air on Monday to make sure I got it in time. Max was very professional and so helpful throughout the whole process. I can recommend Oaktree whole heartedly based on my experience.

I recent had an experience with the company that made me not so happy. Shipping was an issue. I did call customer service multiple times and did speak with an individual each time. They did what they said they would to resolve the problem. I am satisfied with the resolution. I ordered from Oaktree Memorials because I purchased a necklace from them 3 years ago that I still wear every single day. It is the physical connection with my late husband and gives me comfort. I bought this necklace for a friend that recently lost her husband and hope that it will bring her the same comfort that mine gives to me.

From the time I first spoke to Max during the turbulent time of loosing my husband, he made me feel so much better about what I had to do to purchase the urn and get through the initial days. I will never forget his kind voice on the other end of the phone and how he guided me through it. The urn arrived exactly when I needed it. And since then the small urns I have purchased have been really good quality and arrives in a timely manner. Thank you so much to Max and all the folks at Oaktree!! I also want to add, the first time I called was at night. He answered the phone and was my guardian angel. It means so much to a heartbroken, desperate person to have someone answer the phone and talk them through one of the worst times in your life.

The urn was even more beautiful than I anticipated. I was looking for something that was not an average urn and found the Vega vase, which was exactly what I was looking for.

The 5 day shipping they claim on the orders is false, I ordered on March 27th and here it is April 10th and we have still not received the item. They ship via ups and we all know that ups is horrible. So I will not be ordering from here again .
