Overall Oakley si is great, decent selection, pricing, and they actually got to me in about 5 days. I did have an issue with my glasses as they arrived in the wrong box. The lenses were incorrect, and the price dropped in the days since I ordered. Oakley made everything right, so they get 5 stars for that. I've never had any issues with orders in the past,even prescription pairs. The complaint I have is its difficult to reach customer service. When you do, it needs to be sent to a team, and you can expect to wait 2 to 5 days for a response. They really need to speed up and streamline their customer service when someone has a problem. This took off a star. I was told I would receive a 50% or 40% discount code for my troubles (Same representative told me 2 different numbers on the same call). I'm still waiting to see if I get the email with the 40% or 50% discount like I was told.
