The site was easy to navigate and find exactly what I was looking for. Also, the quick delivery was pretty great.

In 1996 Oakley opened a plant in Dayton, NV. where I bought my 1st pair. I still have them. However they’ve been kept company with newer ones as well (GasCan American, campo, etc.) and it was a good day when Oakley prescription was made available. Oakley SI has been my go-to since it opened, and you’ve always had my 6. Though now recently retired (31 years active, 15 years more afterwards part time) Oakley will remain my go-to. Thank you.

The boots that I purchased showed up on time. The fit and feel of these boots are great. They were not stiff at all. I took them on several hikes-no blisters.

Absolute DISASTER of a company. Have been a (supposedly) VALUED member of oakleysi.com for TWELVE YEARS and have NEVER had a problem... until I called Oakley (not Oakleysi) on 4/1/24 and asked for a coupon code. While the agent on the line (Heather) initially offered a 30% coupon, I asked for a 50% code because I cited that among other things I had access to oakleysi.com and could normally receive 35% - 45% off of most items. To her credit, Heather placed the call on hold and returned to the line about a minute or so later and provided the 50% off coupon code. I was very appreciative. After this I logged in to my oakleysi.com account to check prices and proceeded to place an order on oakley.com. The very next day - 4/2/24 - I was LOCKED OUT of my oakleysi.com account. Again, I had had this account for TWELVE YEARS and had NEVER HAD A SINGLE PROBLEM. So I called Oakleysi customer service on 4/3/24 (Oakley and Oakleysi were closed already for the evening on 4/2/24 when I discovered that my account was locked), spoke with "Raven", explained the situation and asked for a supervisor. Raven was kind and transferred the call to her supervisor, "Theresa". I again explained everything to Theresa and further emphasized that everything was just fine with my account until I asked for a coupon code, and literally 24 hours later I was LOCKED OUT of my account of twelve years with no warning and no reason given. I stated to Theresa that the only issue I could think of was that on 4/1/24 when I asked for a coupon code and mentioned that I was a member of oakleysi.com that the supervisor on duty may have gone "behind the scenes" and done something to lock me out (which should have NEVER happened). Theresa then said that "she" was the one who had approved of the 50% coupon on 4/1/24. Then Theresa became belligerent, talking to me like I was a dog, telling me that I "didn't deserve a 50% off coupon" and went on a nasty diatribe. I was both shocked as well as appalled by this woman's behavior. For one, the coupon had already been issued - two full days ago - and NO ONE forced her to issue it. Second, the call was about my TWELVE YEAR ACCOUNT THAT NEVER HAD A PROBLEM BUT I WAS LOCKED OUT OF FOR NO REASON. Instead of focusing on the issue and taking care of the customer, "Theresa" continued with her NASTY behavior and our call devolved into a shouting match, at which point this nasty "supervisor" hung up on me. What a NASTY woman! I called Oakley back to speak with another supervisor but Raven again answered, stated that she was told by her superior ("Theresa") that she had to disconnect the call, and hung up on me. Since I was literally ABUSED by Theresa I conducted some research, contacted Mr. Posten via e-mail (who is the head of oakleysi.com), and explained everything in writing. To his credit, Erick called me the next day to discuss the situation, yet I was falsely accused of "sharing internet codes" online. I made it very clear that nothing of that sort had ever happened. Despite all of this wasted time and effort and also being promised a callback to resolve the issue of my twelve year account within a day or two, the call never came. I sent an additional e-mail and received an e-mail response, but no call and no resolution. It has now been ELEVEN DAYS since I spoke with the VP of oakleysi.com and was promised a callback, but again, that never happened. It has been a full THIRTEEN DAYS since I've been locked out of my oakleysi.com account, and have STILL not been given any reason why nor has the issue been corrected. This is absolutely a company that DESPISES its most valued customers. To be clear, I have spent THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of dollars on oakleysi.com over the past TWELVE YEARS, have NOT violated any of their rules, and have been ABUSED as a PAYING CUSTOMER. I have also spent HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS on Oakley products (sunglasses, shoes, boots, jackets, stickers, keychains, lanyards, duffle bags, back packs, gloves, and much, much more) over the past THIRTY-FIVE YEARS since my adolescence, but this means NOTHING to this company. For verification, go to YouTube and search for "Nike Aiza" and check out our channel, which has also been SUPPORTING BOTH OAKLEY AS WELL AS OAKLEYSI.COM FOR YEARS. Just know that if this is how they treat ME as a customer who owns more than ONE THOUSAND PAIRS OF OAKLEYS, you can only IMAGINE how they will treat YOU...

Enduro 3.0 Big Backpack - Looks good, but poor quality. Zipper detached entirely after only a few weeks. Then after a few more weeks, the nylon top handle ripped off. Reading the reviews, these seem to be common issues with the bag. The warranty is useless, as I can't use the required shipping label because was deployed. They're eager to market and sell to military, but that's where the support ends. Oakley/Luxotica makes great sunglasses, but everything else is pretty shoddy.
