Ordered a pair of prescription eyeglasses and had to send them back 3 times due to the lenses being cut too big and too small for the frames. The last time was for a refund. They could not make me a pair of glasses that looked like a professional lab produced them. Customer service is a joke. Very dissapointed at how they treat veterans.

Was sent a pair of boots in the completely wrong size, submit another order for the correct size and yet again the size was changed from what i selected to a different size

Ive logged in with IDme, I've spoken with the chat bot, I've emailed and somehow nobody can help me restore my account or get logged in. It's been over a year I've been trying to deal with this with no help. 1 star since they don't want business apparently.

This is my second m frame ballistic eye pro and both times the hinges have broken. For the money the hinges should be metal not plastic. Fool me twice smh I’ll just stick with ESS, dam shame. former infantryman I would never recommend this to anyone still in.

NO customer support. I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses and when they arrived I have double vision when wearing them. My everyday glasses bought through my eye doctor are perfect. I have attempted to get help from Oakley but no one will help me. The chat tells me to call, the phone tells me to chat! Either way, NO ONE ANSWERS either way!
