Payment amount We do not overcharge customers. The amount charged is exactly what is shown and confirmed at checkout. No additional or hidden charges were applied to your card. And also we have report that case with the bank, and also we have refund the extra fee from our site first. 2. Quality check video Quality check videos are automatically shared to your email for every order. Please check spam box for the QC email. Also, the customer service have shared again with u. 3. Product quality All products are made and shipped according to the same quality standards. We do not send different products to influencers versus paying customers. This claim is incorrect. And the fliter from QC info is too dark that diff with the influencer. Please confirm the quality when you recieved the package. 4. Refund policy We do not refuse refunds. In cases where an item is not defective but does not meet personal expectations, we offer a free reshippment as a goodwill solution, which is clearly stated in our return policy. 5.
