I changed a company I had been with for ten years to come to Oakjuri. I am extremely particular with my pieces . My pieces are gorgeous and any little issues or questions I have, they may it right immediately . I couldn’t be happier !

I bought one watch and a necklace as first order. I was impressed with the quality, care in packaging, responsiveness and quick delivery (considering that it came from the other side of the world), it arrived in around 2-2.5 weeks. My wife loved her anniversary gift, if wife is happy, I am happy 😆 i have a few more orders that have shipped or will be shipping soon, I’ll come back with another review based on those. I expect to have the same experience. Highly recommend!

I had a small issue with my watch size. This was dealt with straight away. Instant return email of options to remedy the issue, with empathy and understanding. No long wait for returning emails and a solution that I am more than happy with. Besides this I ordered 4 bracelets that are perfect in every way. Amazing quality and boxing. Cannot fault this company. They are a pleasure to deal with.
