This was my first purchase from Oakjuri. I rarely leave reviews, but I felt it was important to let everyone know about my experience. Firstly, the quality is outstanding! I bought cheaper versions on Amazon, but Oakjuri's craftsmanship can't be distinguished from what you'd find on the a brand's website. The weight and detail of the pieces lets you know that these bracelets are superb. Secondly, communication from the company was incredible. I was kept informed with videos after the item was prepared for shipping, and I received text and email updates along the way as well. I am already eyeing my next purchases!

i genuinely thought it was a fake website. i purchased chan*l earrings from them on a whim and then read reviews after ordering. they have many reviews calling it a fake website/scam/etc so i was fully prepared to find out i had wasted my money and lost 40eur. suprisingly they sent me extremely detailed shipping information incuding a video of the product and the shipping label at time of shipping. their track order tab was so helpful and specific. it arrived in perfect condition with chan*l packaging and pouches. overall surprised and extremely happy. i dont usually write reviews but i felt like this would be helpful for other people who want to buy from their website.

Had an issue with a bracelet losing a piece the same day I received it. Customer service was stellar and they offered to send me a replacement at no cost. I then had an issue with another order: getting the wrong bracelet and their customer service was again stellar. They confirmed and apologized for the error then told me the version I had ordered was out of stock so they offered to have me pick out any piece with the same price point and they would send me that at no cost. They were absolutely amazing both instances and I could not be more thrilled with all I’ve gotten from them. Highly recommend.

Website was easy to navigate. Order was processed quickly and I received all the items I ordered with their matching designer boxes. Details match the originals! Had an issue with one item after delivery and customer service responded promptly and resolved the matter to my satisfaction.

U can say I have been a loyal customer for some time and I have nothing but good things to say ! I do have this one time tho that I received a item came damage not sure how but it did and I reached out to customer service I was unsure what to expect as I never had any issues with any items , but I can say I’m by far happy with my experience, they are so helpful and fast reply and was able to address my issue in a timely fashion , I’ll still order from them because they not only are genuine with listening to their customers they are showing accountability. Quality of the items are good , customer service is welcoming and they kept me up to date with everytime. Very satisfied.
