Very impressed with my whole experience. Ordering was easy, lots of communication, I got a tracking number and could see my order at every step of its journey to me. I was sent a photo and video of the quality check before it was boxed and shipped. Delivery was fast - a few days only, which was amazing since it came from China to UK. The quality of the jewellery is obviously not as perfect as the real brand, but it's actually VERY convincing; solid material that will last a decent amount of time if you look after it well. The branded box, sales ticket, brand business card etc are also all very convincing quality. I'm genuinely thrilled and amazed! Now I've had a reassuring first experience I'm planning to buy more pieces from Oakjuri.

I am absolutely thrilled with the products. I’ve made a purchase twice now, and both times the quality was excellent. Unfortunately, with the second order, one bracelet turned out to be too small for my European-sized wrist. However, customer service stepped in and has been very helpful. All in all, great value for money. Superb products and excellent customer service.

If I could give 100 stars, I would. The quality of the jewelry I’ve purchased is absolutely superb. I wear my pieces every day—never taking them off to sleep, swim, or shower—and they remain just as shiny as the day I received them. I’ve bought from them twice already and will be placing another order soon. Their customer service is fantastic! They respond quickly to emails and really go the extra mile for me as a customer.
